Is Prepwise affiliated with HireVue?
No. Prepwise is an independent practice tool with no affiliation to, endorsement by, or connection with HireVue. We reference "HireVue" only to describe the kind of assessment you're preparing for. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Will this guarantee I pass or get the job?
No honest tool can promise that. We help you practise the mechanics and build speed and confidence; your actual results depend on you and on the employer's process. We make no guarantee of any score or hiring outcome.
Is it allowed to practise these assessments?
Preparing for assessments is common and legitimate - like studying for any exam. Always follow the specific instructions your employer gives you for the actual test.
Where is my data stored?
If you're not signed in, your progress stays only in your browser. If you create an account, your email and progress are stored securely with our processor Supabase (EU), and payments are handled by Stripe - we never see your full card details. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, in a few clicks: open Settings (the ⚙ icon, top right) → Manage or cancel subscription → this takes you to the secure Stripe billing portal where you press Cancel plan. Your plan simply won't renew, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No email or request needed.
What data do you collect?
Only your game progress, plus what's needed for login and billing if you create an account (handled by GDPR-compliant providers like Stripe), with a full privacy policy and your consent.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. We don't sell personal data and the app is ad-free. Our only revenue is the subscription.
Why do you mention HireVue if you're not affiliated?
Only to describe the type of assessment you're preparing for (nominative/descriptive use). "HireVue" is a trademark of its owner; we are independent and not endorsed by them.
What games does Prepwise let you practise?
Prepwise recreates the main HireVue-style cognitive games: Numerosity (timed mental maths with +, −, ×, ÷), Digit Span (forward, backward and letter recall), Disco Numbers (remember the order then sum the values), Shape Dance (spatial pattern matching), and Flashback (an N-back working-memory task). Each runs on real timers with adaptive difficulty.
How much does Prepwise cost?
Prepwise has a free tier (one free play on every game, no sign-up). Pro is €9.99/month or €69.99/year for unlimited training and personalised focus drills, and a one-time Exam Pass gives 48 hours of full access for €7.99.
