How to prepare for PortraitXT (2026)
PortraitXT is an untimed 50-statement work-style self-report. The challenge is not speed; it is reading carefully and answering consistently.
Practise PortraitXT free →How it works
You read one statement at a time and choose from five options: Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree or Strongly Disagree. Prepwise mirrors the 50-item flow and gives a cautious work-style summary afterwards.
How to approach it
- Read the whole sentence before answering; small words can change the trait signal.
- Use the full scale when it genuinely fits. Repeating one answer mechanically can look inconsistent with real self-report behaviour.
- Treat the report as reflection, not as a psychological diagnosis or employer scoring prediction.
Report note: Prepwise provides a conservative work-style report and a plausible Big Five / HEXACO-inspired alternative. Both are explicitly uncertainty-labelled.
