How it works

You read one statement at a time and choose from five options: Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree or Strongly Disagree. Prepwise mirrors the 50-item flow and gives a cautious work-style summary afterwards.

How to approach it

Read the whole sentence before answering; small words can change the trait signal.
Use the full scale when it genuinely fits. Repeating one answer mechanically can look inconsistent with real self-report behaviour.
Treat the report as reflection, not as a psychological diagnosis or employer scoring prediction.
